INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
A four-thousand year old massage technique which will relieve the stresses of modern life. Massage includes the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face and lasts about half an hour. It will both relax and revitalise you, and is excellent for aching, tense muscles and headaches. Blood circulation is improved and elimination of toxins via the lymphatic system is better.
A small amount of oil such as coconut or almond can be used on the head. This will improve the condition of the hair, but it is not necessary.
After a massage you will feel the benefits physically and emotionally. Massage is performed with the client sitting upright and through clothes

NEW SERVICE AVAILABLE: Food sensitivity test by hair analysis.
150 Items tested including food, drink, airborne, environmental and additives.
Many ailments and everyday symptoms may be caused by food sensitivities. An objective test may lead to the cause being eliminated. Any of the following symptoms may indicate that you have a food sensitivity: mood swings-bloating-low energy-arthritis-diarrhea-runny nose-itching-rashes-IBS-eczema-hyperactivity-joint ache-asthma-weight control.
You can access this test by providing a lock of your hair which will then be analysed. You will be provided with a list of all items tested, indicating which you are sensitive to. A diet sheet may also be provided when required showing where items may be hidden in secondary foods. In addition full and easy to follow written instruction are given on the procedure for elimination.
The sample of hair can be collected at the clinic if having reflexology session with me or can be posted and paid by cheque. Please contact me for postal address to be sent to or for details.
The cost is £48 and takes about 10 days to process.
